Sanctam is a quiet space created to guide you in gently but intentionally uncovering and unfolding your own sanctuary within – a calm and peaceful place for rest, reflection, and reconnecting with what truly matters to you. It is a space to help you discover your wholeness through thoughtful resources, restorative practices, and a welcoming community. We gently guide you into intentional living and help you find or create the tools needed to tend to your inner life so that you can live more consciously in your outer one.

I have experienced yoga and meditation with Amanda online and in person.
Amanda creates an inviting space, allowing room to fully appreciate your yoga practice. This included connecting breath with the flow of your body and creating a sense of calm. She encouraged space and grace as you allow your body to melt into a pose. No forced contouring, and yet challenging to those who were advanced. Stretches and movements that lent themselves to relieving tension in different areas of the body. Amanda encouraged personal goals and affirmations so that your experience was an internal reflection of where you were at, not a comparison to others.
Classes were led with clear instructions and easy to follow adaptations when required. Meditations were calming and created an intrinsic relaxation for my busy mind.

Amanda’s somatic classes were so helpful. I had no idea what I was really going to get when I signed up for the class, but every week after I left class I just felt so so good. I learned things about myself and my body that I never would have thought about before. I always thought yoga wasn’t for me, but learning about somatic movement within the poses was a game changer for me. I love how she makes each yoga experience personal that I was able to take what I learned on the mat into my everyday life. I’m excited to learn more.
